What makes a proposal easy to say yes to
- Who you serve. Your organisation, audience or customer base, in plain numbers.
- The customer problem. What is broken today and what each side would contribute.
- Rights and permissions. If content or trademarks are involved, say who owns them.
- How we would judge it. The outcome that would make it worth both parties' time.
