We are not a call centre. Agriculture Manual is run by a compact team that handles the catalogue, the support inbox and the technology behind a library of 84,000+ documents.
Catalogue
Checks what a document actually covers, writes the models and years onto the listing, and prunes anything that turns out to be mislabelled.
Customer support
Answers the "will this fit my serial number?" questions before purchase, and fixes delivery or access problems after it.
Technical operations
Keeps the storefront, search and download delivery running so a manual is available at 3am in a field or on a site with one bar of signal.
Partnerships
Works with publishers, rights holders, workshops and training providers on responsible use of technical documentation.
How we work
- Be specific. Model, series, year and serial number beat adjectives. Our listings try to say exactly what is covered and nothing more.
- Own the problem. If a download fails or a document is wrong, the useful response is a fix, not a policy quotation.
- Say no when it is a no. If we do not have the right manual for your machine, we will tell you rather than sell you the closest thing.
- Respect rights. We act on credible rights-holder complaints and remove material where the claim stands up.
